My husband has high blood pressure and refuses to go to the doctor. So I am doing some research on how we can try to control it. I know to change his diet and exercise. However, I was reading that you can get some OTC diuretics and calcium channel blockers. Does anyone know some good brands that I can buy or any tips for me. Thank you for any help, however, Please spare me the lecture about he needs to go to the doctor and how serious it is cause I really know but he totally refuses to go.

I am only 19 years old and my blood pressure is 150/80. I have no idea what could be causing it. I feel fine and am in relatively good shape. If anything I am too skinny and I get stressed out allot by stupid little things. What could be causing my high blood pressure?
